Graduate recruitment is neither efficient nor effective today. Companies focus only on few universities, when talent is dispersed and graduates may start their career thousands of miles away. Thousands of companies compete for talent, yet graduates know only a fraction of their opportunities. Students rely on countless hours of browsing corporate websites, suggestions from their networks and the university career department to find relevant opportunities.
We set out to make graduate recruitment easier and more transparent, helping students to find the right employer and companies to find the right talent.
We help companies to be visible at top universities, to grow their talent pool and to identify and target students better. How we do that? Gradtalents is run by students, with a few students at every university we are active as their connection on the ground. We solely focus on students who self-select their interests and capabilities making targeting easy. And we are free.
We are a start up. Currently we are developing our service, building our team and building our cooperations with companies. We are starting at the University of St. Gallen, but within months we want to be present at universities in all Western European countries and work with most major companies hiring students.
