La nostra storia inizia nel 1975 con la fondazione della C.R.A.M.S.T, Soc. Coop. a r.l., che si attiva da subito nella gestione del ristorante al San Francesco, nel cuore di Orvieto.
Oggi il Gruppo Cramst ha esteso la sua operatività fuori dal territorio orvietano gestendo altri ristoranti in Umbria, come il country resort and restaurant La Penisola, situato nello splendido scenario del Lago di Corbara, tra Todi ed Orvieto. Attraverso la società Umbria Ristoro s.r.l., inoltre, gestisce: il ristorante Il Baratto presso il Centro Fieristico Regionale Maschiella di Bastia Umbra, vicino ad Assisi (Perugia); la mensa interna della Sangemini s.p.a. di Sangemini (TR); il punto ristoro dell’Umbria Jazz di Perugia.
Tramite la società E.UR Servizi s.r.l., controllata dalla stessa Umbria Ristoro, il Gruppo Cramst estende la sua offerta al mondo giovanile con la gestione del 100Dieci Café Web and Food, presso l’Università di Perugia. Inoltre il Gruppo svolge l’attività di catering e banqueting tramite il marchio Bon Ton, noto per il valore dei servizi erogati.
