As a passionate food safety and quality management professional, Siyabulela has extensive expertise in Food Safety Management, Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety Management, supplier management, and regulatory control.
With an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a systems-thinking approach, Siyabulela thrives on continuous improvement initiatives, employee training, and development. He is client-oriented and always looking to further enhance his skills in food safety and quality management while creating a lasting impact within the organization.
At Gwali Projects, Siyabulela manages the Quality Management System, directs and implements QA and health and safety activities, and maintains the company’s policies, programs, and procedures. As a key member of the system management team, he provides strategic planning for food safety, health and safety, quality, and process improvements, including overseeing internal and external Food Safety and Quality Audits.
