HAMERTEC was created following the success of the Hammer Innovation Project where the applied technology was used, and which has had the support of the CDTI. The target clients are:

HAMERTEC is made up of the railway firms Telice and Inse Rail, the Caminos de Hierro Foundation, and ANCO, a leading US engineering company in systems for testing the strength and vibration of materials, equipment and structures.
The first structures were tested in February 2018, under the institutional supervision of ADIF, with perfectly satisfactory results.
