Hospitality Development Consulting (HDC) provides a comprehensive portfolio of Program and Development Management Services to support project implementation and long-term Owner benefit. We are one of the few consultant teams in the country to offer this breadth of expertise in building entertainment projects—ranging from site selection to permitting, programming, and ultimately through construction administration.
Founders Thomas Hoskens, FAIA, LEED and Robert Kelly are nationally-recognized architectural and construction management experts who have collaborated for 30 years in building hospitality and entertainment destinations across the country. Their projects are expertly programmed, delivered on-budget, and designed for long-term value.
In 2020 Hoskens and Kelly formed Hospitality Development Consulting LLC—a strategic partnership designed to bring their nationally-recognized expertise directly to Owners.
Acting in the role of Owner’s Representative, we oversee a team of seasoned professionals to offer:

• Site concepts, models and plans that optimize maximum revenues
• Coordination of design and construction firms to support good gaming industry decisions
