After working for the Department of Work and Pensions for twenty years, Sharon Turner left her secure role in 2015 to pursue her dream of setting up High5 Recruitment Ltd to serve the Health and Social Care sector, including Children's Residential Services (LAC) which is an area that Sharon is so passionate about.
