Hire Ground Talent is a boutique recruitment company mainly focused on the fitness, health, technology and the wellness community. We specialize in senior executive searches (all C-suites), business development, franchise development, marketing and operations management for fitness clubs and specialty boutiques.
We are different. No one in this field has held all the roles we have. We have also worked for private clubs, large chains, publicly traded, start-ups, franchising, corporate, small operators and directly for private equity firms.
