Wij werken samen met HappyZorg Wijkteam Voorne aan Zee. 24/7 staan er verpleegkundigen klaar om de beste zorg aan onze bewoners te geven. Zij worden hierin ondersteund door een groep gemotiveerde vrijwilligers.
Ook familie, vrienden en andere dierbaren zijn van harte welkom. Zij kunnen langskomen wanneer ze willen, onze deur staat altijd open. Wij zullen ons uiterste best doen om in deze laatste levensfase tegemoet te komen aan de wensen van onze bewoners, zodat ze zo lang mogelijk de regie over hun eigen leven kunnen behouden.
Het maakt het niet minder verdrietig, maar de omgeving en de aanwezigheid van mensen in dezelfde situatie kunnen je wel helpen. Niet alleen de bewoners, maar ook hun familieleden en vrienden vinden bij ons een luisterend oor.
