Как протича състезанието "HR: Rush for Practice"?
Състезанието продължава около месец и половина и дава възможност на студенти да работят по практическо HR задание в реална среда с компании.
Студентите формират сами екипи по двама и изпълняват "Набиране на таланти за една реални отворени позиции, използвайки платформата Pleggi".
HR екипите търсят на база критериите за съответната позиция реални кандидати, с което ще подпомогнат "Подбора" на реална компания, ще научат много нови умения, като ще "влязат в обувките" на HR специалистите.
Какво получават студентите?
- Учат и усвоят практически умения в реална среда;
- Възможност за получаване на предложение за работа и стаж;
- Възможност за награда (материални и нематериални) от награден фон.
