About Mentor the Young - Bulgaria

Mentor the Young is a free 3-month mentorship program in Bulgaria advancing young people’s growth by connecting them with individual mentors. Mentees at the age of 18 to 25 and mentors with at least 5 years of experience work together on the mentee’s personal, career or entrepreneurial goals, as our team provides consulting, structure, onboarding, coordination and evaluation. Additionally to the mentorship process, we annually organize more than 120 mentoring, educational, and networking events, making Mentor the Young not only a mentorship program but also a powerful and value-driven community.
