Mentor the Young is a free 3-month mentorship program in Serbia advancing young people’s growth by connecting them with individual mentors. Mentees at the age of 18 to 25 and mentors with at least 5 years of experience work together on the mentee’s personal, career or entrepreneurial goals, as our team provides consulting, structure, onboarding, coordination and evaluation.
Additionally to the mentorship process, on a seasonal basis, we organise mentoring, educational, and networking events, making Mentor the Young not only a mentorship program but also a powerful and value-driven community.
