Funded by the European Union, Hybrid Teaching - Empowering Educators for the Future is a 2-year-long educational project that aims at empowerin academic staff for flexible hybrid teaching and institutionalize knowledge through a microcertification system. These objectives seek to improve teaching and learning in hybrid classrooms and provide continuous professional development opportunities.
To achieve the objectives consortium will perform user profile research, develop 6 micro-credentials on hybrid teaching, 3 consortium partners (LT, DE, PT) will establish micro-certification systems and run community of practice to sustain new knowledge and culture.
Micro-certification systems will drive systemic change in terms of academic staff digital didactic competencies, what will lead to increased institutional capacity for blended mobility and educational innovation
