Idea-ology was established in 2013 in a co-work office in Lisbon, Portugal by American expat and ex-Disney executive, Victoria Oliveira. Working abroad for the first time, she was introduced to the co-working phenomenon and realized that it provided a unique networking opportunity. She began collaborating with colleagues and found opportunities to extend her own consulting services by leveraging their many talents.
