Il Pastaio SPA operates three sites in Italy — one entirely gluten-free — and a new facility under construction in Pennsylvania (USA), to better serve global partners with speed and efficiency.
Since 2022, we’ve been part of the Riverside Company and acquired Canuti Tradizione Italiana, a specialist in frozen fresh pasta for the food service sector.
We invest in R&D to improve product quality, processes, and environmental responsibility. Our philosophy promotes healthy, natural, and mindful eating in line with global wellness trends.
