Global Knowledge is the leading Training, Coaching and Consulting organization offering services to corporate entities and individuals in Pakistan. We specialize in the fields of leadership, organizational development, strategy and execution capability development, and mindset change management. We have been in operation since 2000 and with the support of our clients we are well poised to become the largest training, learning, coaching and consulting organization in the country. To pursue this mission, we have obtained exclusive rights to promote and sell international training brand namely FranklinCovey in Pakistan through in-house programs as well as open enrollment workshops.
We pledge to serve our country and our valuable customers with the highest standards of quality and ethics in imparting customized training and consultancy designed to create global excellence. We apply innovative and diverse combination of lectures, case studies, exercises, simulation games and role-plays all aimed to encourage creative thinking.
We also provide the facility of pre-training need assessment through in-depth interviews with a small number of participants to ensure the alignment of learning initiatives with proposed training initiatives. It further helps us to customized training solutions as per the company’s specific training needs.
We are only training organization which offers post program consultancy. Through this service we reinforce the learning by having a short duration refresher session after an agreed interval after execution the training workshop.
