The Institute for the Study of Local History and History of Enterprises - in English - (I.S.R.H.H.E.) is a non-profit organization founded in 1998 by a group historians, economists, anthropologists and social scientists.
The scope of the institute is to actively promote the research in regional history and history of corporations in Greece. To achieve this goal the Institute have engaged in numerous activities over the past 24 years including but not limited to publications, events organization, conferences and historic walks.
Το Ινστιτούτο Μελέτης της Τοπικής Ιστορίας και της Ιστορίας των Επιχειρήσεων Α.Μ.Κ.Ε. - στα ελληνικά (Ι.Μ.Τ.Ι.Ι.Ε..) - είναι μία Αστική Μη Κερδοσκοπική Εταιρεία η οποία ιδρύθηκε το 1998 από μια ομάδα ιστορικών, οικονομολόγων, ανθρωπολόγων και κοινωνικών επιστημόνων.
Σκοπός του Ι.Μ.Τ.Ι.Ι.Ε είναι η ενεργή προώθηση της έρευνας για την τοπική ιστορία και την ιστορία των επιχειρήσεων στην Ελλάδα. Για την επίτευξη αυτού του στόχου το Ι.Μ.Τ.Ι.Ι.Ε. έχει συμμετάσχει σε πολυάριθμες δραστηριότητες τα τελευταία 24 χρόνια, συμπεριλαμβανομένων, ενδεικτικά: εκδόσεων, διοργάνωσης εκδηλώσεων, συνεδρίων και ιστορικών περιπάτων.
