Die von uns entwickelte imx Parameter Identifikation (PI) ist ein modellgestütztes Prüfverfahren, das die zentralen Motorparameter abbildet. Das PI Verfahren verkürzt die Prüfzeit auf weniger als 10 bis 70 Sekunden. Dadurch lassen sich bis zu 10.000 Motoren am Tag vollständig beurteilen. Insbesondere eignet sich die PI für End-of-Line-Tests, da sie in kürzester Zeit eine fundierte Aussage zur Qualität des Motors liefert.
Wir als imx Solutions GmbH sind seit 2022 ein selbstständig agierendes Unternehmen, dass es sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, mit diesem Verfahren neue Maßstäbe in der Produktion von E-Motoren zu setzen.

As a company with more than 35 years of experience, we inspire with modular and individual software and test bench solutions in the field of electric motors and electromechanical components.
The imx Parameter Identification (PI) developed in-house is a model-based test procedure that maps the central motor parameters. The PI method reduces the testing time to less than 10 to 70 seconds. As a result, up to 10,000 engines can be fully assessed per day. PI is particularly suitable for end-of-line tests, as it provides a well-founded statement on the quality of the engine in the shortest possible time.
We as imx Solutions GmbH have been an independently operating company since 2022 and have made it our mission to set new standards in the production of electric motors with this process.
