The Inclusive Excellence framework has three stages that support your organisation to build an inclusive culture and a diverse workforce.
Stage 1: Inclusive Excellence Committed
To be recognised as Inclusive Excellence Committed, your organisation must agree to the Inclusive Excellence commitment.
Once you’ve made the Inclusive Excellence commitment, you’ll receive a copy of your Inclusive Excellence Commitment and an Inclusive Excellence Committed logo that you can use on your website, social media, and communications for 1 year.

Stage 2: Inclusive Excellence Award
The Inclusive Excellence Award process will improve employee morale, commitment, and engagement by demonstrating that you value employee views.
