Inexclusion specialises in fostering diversity, inclusion, and disability awareness in workplaces. Our mission is to bridge the gap between disabled and non-disabled individuals by providing comprehensive disability awareness training and consultancy services to organisations and individuals within them. We aim to empower workplaces to enhance inclusion and accessibility. My extensive professional and personal experiences in lifelong disability fuels my brand's ethos which is to champion inclusion and challenge exclusion sensitively. My training and consultancy services will prioritise a welcoming environment that is engaging and encourages self reflection and to aims to deliver practical solutions tailored to my client's needs. I have extensive experience in supporting individuals with additional needs over many years. With post graduate qualifications in Careers Guidance, I specialised in Additional Learning Needs support in the workplace. I have worked closely in partnership with education and training providers, employers, and other public organisations advocating successfully on behalf of client’s needs. I am also a qualified vocational assessor and advocate.
