Our mission is to bridge the gap between disabled and non-disabled individuals by providing comprehensive disability awareness training and consultancy services to organisations and individuals within them. I have extensive experience in supporting individuals with additional needs over many years. With post graduate qualifications in Careers Guidance, I specialised in Additional Learning Needs support in the workplace. I have worked closely in partnership with education and training providers, employers, and other public organisations advocating successfully on behalf of client’s needs. I am also a qualified vocational assessor and advocate.
