Employees are emailed each week or month and asked to answer 5 quick and simple questions pursuant to the 4 key behavioral indicators of inclusion. Answers are aggregated in a manner that protects respondent anonymity, and analytics are uploaded in real-time to live dashboards customized for company leaders and managers, providing actionable data and insights influencing the organization’s inclusivity.
