We primarily operate using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed paradigms mindfulness, body-centered approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether you're seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a desire for personal growth, our therapy approach is designed to support you in healing your past, embracing your present, and creating a future full of possibilities.
