Inner Spark Therapy

At Inner Spark, we are currently offering telehealth services via video or phone for individuals living in Oregon. We offer individual therapy and gender-affirming treatment and support letters. We serve those ages 15 and above. We are able to meet with people with many different mental health experiences and challenges. We typically work well with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, Bipolar and personality disorders. We also love to work with those experiencing life transitions or exploring their identities. We understand that true healing encompasses the mind, body, and spirit. That's why we incorporate holistic practices such as breathwork, meditation, and self-care techniques into our therapy sessions to help you cultivate a sense of balance, inner peace, and self-awareness. Through deep listening and empathetic understanding, we help you gain insight into your patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, empowering you to make positive changes that will lead to a more fulfilling and authentic life. We welcome and celebrate members of the LGBTQIA+ community, have experience with BIPOC folks and others who experience systemic oppression. We are sex-positive, gender and neurodiverse affirming, and welcome those in non- monogamous relationships. Knowing that the therapeutic relationship is paramount to the success of the process, there are several tools we can utilize depending on your needs and preferences. We primarily operate using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, which is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. We also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, trauma-informed paradigms mindfulness, body-centered approaches, and Motivational Interviewing. Whether you're seeking healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or a desire for personal growth, our therapy approach is designed to support you in healing your past, embracing your present, and creating a future full of possibilities.
