At InsideDNA we help Biotech and Pharmaceutical companies during pre-clinical and clinical stages. We work with academic and governmental institutions with a particular focus on metagenomics and metatranscriptomic data analysis, specially working on statistical analysis to discern function and composition of target microbiota and its links to external factors. Our team has an in-depth expertise in processing 16S rRNA, amplicon, metagenomics and metatranscriptomics samples. We have extensive experience in functional annotation of metagenomics dataset and worked with various databases such as NCBI, KEGG, Uniprot and many others.
Examples of what we have done include:
* Discovery of novel biomarkers detectable in blood and tissue that can straightforward to implement for predicting and/or monitoring patient response.
* Evaluating and quantifying the prevalence of cancer types/subtypes that are likely most sensitive to the novel treatment.
* Characterization of key biomarker data for patients stratification and tracking its performance as the clinical trials scale
* Discerning functional aspect of microbiota response towards differential treatments and finding key responding pathways
