Consumer Immersions – Conducting supervised consumer visits/ tours against carefully profiled client target market so that the client can immerse themselves in consumers’ world and understand how their product is consumed – environments include spaza shops, taverns, night clubs, bars and home visits.
Brand Diagnosis – Dipstick Research to uncover consumer and customer sentiment and track the dynamics driving brand performance. Either tracking brand decline or determining critical factors for success.
Mystery Shopping & Shopper Marketing – Tracking the performance/ consumer experience of brand activities such as events, activations, promotions, supermarkets and restaurants.
Customer/ Supplier / Stakeholder Interviews – Conducting customer and trade marketing representative interviews in order to identify and diagnose any barriers to delivering the optimum customer experience to end users. As well as community stakeholder interviews in early development phases of projects i.e. mining, agriculture, property development, alternative energy sectors.
