• Führt Trainings für Vorgesetzte, Teams und HR Verantwortliche in Firmen durch, welche neurodivergente Mitarbeitende einstellen möchten
• Koordiniert Mentoring und Coaching für neurodivergente Menschen
• Unterstützt Schulen, Lehrinstitute und Pädagogische Fachhochschulen, Fähigkeiten von neurodivergente Menschen zu erkennen und neurodivergente Schüler zu integrieren
• Unterstützt die Früherkennung von Neurodiversität bei Kindern
• Bietet Weiterbildung und Ressourcen für Eltern von neurodivergenten Kindern an
• Trägt zur Forschung über Neurodiversität bei
