Since its inception, IRMA has since worked with other major multi-national organisations to help grow their business through better effective ways of connecting to their customers. Some of their enterprise customers include ACE American Marine & Fire Insurance (Building facilities data networking, Security CCTV, IP telephony, and Call Center and operate), FOX TV (Webhosting, datacenter, IT and networking and applications), True Yoga (direct and online marketing) to name a few. IRMA's latest infrastructure project involves building and maintaining a robust facilities for ACE American Fire and Marine Insurance facilities in Sukhumvit Interchange building , Bangkok (600 employees facilities).
IRMA is likewise proud to announce its newly created Contact Center Division focusing on insurance acquisition, renewal, retention, customer care, back of house activities in Singapore, Thailand and Taiwan.
