Islamic Initiative for Leadership and Development (IILD) is a faith-based, non-profit, and non-governmental organization with the general purpose of identifying major and critical challenges facing young people in Nigeria and empowering them to reach their full potential. It also aims to critically examine and proffer possible solutions to prepare the young generation to become productive, civil, and responsible people through mentorship and humanitarian support.
The organization also focuses on human development by working with various community stakeholders and agencies to bring significant positive changes to the people as a means of immensely contributing to nation-building so as to achieve the aspirations of the people.
