Active Sourcing® is the leading Swiss consulting company in the field of IT sourcing & cloud services. Since our foundation in 2004 in Switzerland and 2005 in Germany, we have been leading companies from all sectors to long-term success in their sourcing projects.

3. The selection of the right IT services partner using tried and tested tendering procedures.
4. The creation of the appropriate IT services contracts and SLAs that meet the regulatory requirements
(e.g. FINMA or BAFIN).
5. The management of transition and transformation projects or the coaching of the project manager.
We are fully an advisory company. Since we do not offer any IT outsourcing or cloud services ourselves, we are neutral.
