At GrubGo, we’re building something foundational a full-stack urban supply engine for groceries and essentials in India.
Our mission is simple: move essentials faster, smarter, and more affordably across every Indian city whether it’s a kirana store restocking inventory, a D2C brand scaling reach, or a family ordering their daily staples.
We haven’t launched yet but behind the scenes, we’re assembling the core infrastructure to power a hybrid model that works across both B2C and B2B layers. At the heart of this is a city-wide, warehouse-led fulfillment network designed to reduce waste, optimize movement, and bring reliability to the urban supply graph.
Here’s what we’re building:
• A centralized warehousing layer for efficient, real-time inventory management
• A high-frequency B2C delivery platform for customers who value time, trust, and transparency
• A B2B restocking engine for kiranas, HoReCa, and local stores with deep catalog and smart routing
• A D2C launchpad for upcoming brands to go live across cities without worrying about infra
