iVAS Partners, a registered valuation entity with IBBI under The Companies Act, was founded with the objective of delivering trusted and independent valuation opinions (across all three categories viz. land & building, plant and machinery and securities and financial assets), consulting and advisory as well as investment review, monitoring and technical due diligence services that combine professional expertise with comprehensive data across various asset classes and locations across India.
iVAS has been a pioneer in valuation of asset portfolios of REITs having valued assets of the first commercial office REIT and the first retail mall REIT in India. The partners of iVAS have a cumulative experience of over 75 years in consulting, valuation and advisory services in the domains of residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, integrated townships, SEZs, land banks and data centres across the country, with prior experience spanning a wide array of client groups such as banks, REITs, private equity, hedge funds, financial institutions, developers, corporates, government agencies and HNIs. Between them, they have the experience of valuing portfolio of assets for all the REITs in India for IPOs as well as post listing regulatory disclosures.
