浩洋青年商會，屬國際青年商會香港總會成員 之第十六個分會，以中文為法定語文的男女混合分會。本會的成立是源於一九八六年四月，百多位來自不同階層的年青人帶著和平友愛的訊息，參加了香港青年商會 舉辦的「青年,領袖之旅」，遠赴日本作親善訪問及生活體驗，返港後於同年九月創會。因我們的契合既是來自 – 海洋，故以 『浩洋』 為名，成立了「浩洋青年商會」，成為香港青年商會屬下之第十六個分會，希望藉此發揮年青人的潛能，透過參與策劃各項活動，吸取經驗，充實自我，使培養成為 「今日青商，明日領袖」。
自成立以來，浩洋青年商會以「服務社會，訓練自己」為目標，以青商四大機會﹕個人發展、國際機會、社會發展及商務拓展為本，不斷策劃籌辦不同形式、 針對前膽性社會問題的工作計劃。 如於沙士期間本會與香港理工大學護理學院合辦「健康共和國工作計劃」推廣青年的健康意識、與詩網絡合辦推動香港新詩創作風氣之「 2004 年度詩網絡詩獎暨傑出學生詩人獎」。以至近年以社區保育為主題的「都市。文化 我們都是這樣長大的」攝影比賽，和 『中山市青年聯合會』及』吹田市青年會議所』 合辦之「小企業大長征」等等，均獲得廣大的回響。並在香港青年商會的週年大會、亞太大會及世界大會屢獲殊榮。2011年. 浩洋青年商會與香港社會創業論壇2011年首辦「青年社企創業者大賞」，提供青年人創業的實踐機會，實現成為社會企業家的夢想。
