本會成立於1969年，為香港成立的第四個分會，第一個中文分會，於香港政府註冊的非牟利團體，我們本著「服務社會，訓練自己」的青商精神，務求達成以下目標：
關懷社會，肩負公民責任，籌劃和推行具建設性的活動，建立和諧社會發展

5度獲選為亞太傑出分會（1988, 1995, 1996, 2004, 2017）及24個不同組別的亞太大會獎項
17度獲選為香港傑出分會
