Inside the company, cutting operations are performed on mechanical saws, abrasive cutting machines, but also with plasma jet cutting machines, depending on the type of the workpiece, the quality and the precision required.
o Milling is the technological process of obtaining the cutting surfaces where the main movement is the rotation of the cutting tool called the milling cutter and the feed motion is executed either by the tool or by the cutting tool.
o Welding is the technological operation of joining two parts at high temperatures by melting a filler material.In the company will perform welding work on aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and cast iron parts by various specific processes: TIG / WIG, MIG / MAG and MMA.
o Other plating, threading, sharpening, grinding operations.
