• IBC landscape – Raising INR 3,000 mn in acquisition finance for a winning bidder to complete the takeover of a platform of K-12 schools.
• Co-Living/Student Housing player – Closed a USD 1 mn seed round from leading family offices. Also helped sign up 1,500+ beds in NCR to quickly become a large player in the industry
• Select other assignments include capital raises for a Bio Diesel manufacturer and a Canadian blockchain based fintech player.
