As a dedicated CBT therapist, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective support in the field of mental health. As a member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) I have a sincere passion for helping others and am eager to work collaboratively with clients of all ages (16+) and backgrounds. This could be achieved through strategies including (but not limited to) psychoeducation, cognitive restructuring, behavioural activation, exposure therapy, & trauma-focused interventions.
The number of sessions varies based on your needs, ranging from 6-20 sessions lasting 60-90 minutes each. We'll start by discussing your concerns & setting achievable goals, which help us to focus on the difficulties you want to work towards improving. By the end, you will have acquired skills and strategies to feel increasingly independent of sessions.
