Main Services: • Advisory and Consultancy to Local and International students • Operations Support to Colleges for Marketing, Advertising and Awareness. • Consulting Services to Colleges and Business Schools • Provide basic counselling and resources to students • Assist students in overcoming barriers to education • Refer students to support services when needed • Reviewing the client’s needs individually • Provide individualized career planning and counselling to students and alumnae. • Establishing partnerships and opportunities with education providers • Monitor and facilitate Participant College and training search utilizing the internet • Monitor and document participants’ progress according to individual service plans • Quality and Service Improvement • Training and workshops Our Role Involves: 1. Development, implementation and monitoring of the counselling services policy for different institutions 2. Prepare student initial assessment documents for counselling such as Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) 3. Assessment of procedures and service standards to ensure the highest standard of student support is delivered 4. To assist students with any problems that they may experience during their studies. 5. To provide appropriate, confidential and effective advice to students to aid in the resolution process 6. To make sure students are progressing towards their academic goals. 7. Providing individualised career planning and counselling to students.
