Kwaliance is a newly created business law firm in January 2023 in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire with a presence in Paris. Kwaliance’s teams provide transactional legal assistance to a wide range of clients including in corporate law, M&A, private equity, banking, and finance, fintech, capital markets, project development and financing (in energy, infrastructure, PPP, natural resources - oil, mining, gas and agriculture sectors), OHADA law, investment and market entry in the region.
