For over 30 years, Carol has helped organizations build the core elements of a talent management strategy. As the Director of Learning and Organization Development for two fortune 50 companies, she has designed a development strategy for all levels of employees, created a listening and action planning process to improve the work environment, and deployed performance management systems. As a Talent Management Consultant she has designed and facilitated management and leadership workshop for 1000s of new managers and leaders. She has served as an executive coach in both the university and corporate settings. And as the need arises, facilitated strategic planning sessions for executive teams. She has effectively consulted in multiple industries and cultures (manufacturing, R&D, sales, service, health care, IT, education) Carol is passionate about researching the current challenges in the workplace, and implementing proven strategies that address those challenges.
