This is a community for those who want to make our society that women can pursue their ambitions based on the idea of "lean in" by Sheryl Sandberg, COO of Facebook.
Our activities are focusing on events where we invite professionals from all the industries as a speaker. In addition to these events, we have networking events using discussion materials from LeanIn.org.
