Lesley has been running transformative and hugely popular training sessions to women and men of all ages and fitness levels for many years in Cork, Ireland. ViPR&Tone classes started in Cork in 2011 and with a mixture of high intensity interval training with strength training, flexibility and toning mixed into every session using a variety of equipment including primarily own bodyweight and dumbbells we have ensured each of our clients a move to a stronger and fitter place, quickly and have fun along the way doing it.
