In our bubble, we too often take for granted that employees know why a topic is relevant and why it is important to act on it. In fact, a great portion of employees lack basic knowledge of sustainability topics and are therefore not supportive of sustainability initiatives when they come. We offer to change that on the topic of waste reduction through a card game which brings knowledge and invites conversation between employees thus building awareness and cohesion.
