The D&O Diary was founded in 2006 by Kevin LaCroix. The blog’s goal is to provide news, information, analysis, and commentary for D&O insurance professionals, corporate executives, journalists, academics, and students in the field.
The D&O Diary hosts original articles and case commentaries, as well as experts’ insights, book reviews, and travelogues. We hope to build a bridge between industry experts and the next generation of legal insurance and business professionals, and to improve (or at least better inform) the dialog within the D&O liability and insurance community.
