At the Ma Laboratory for Immune Engineering, a highly interdisciplinary lab located at UPenn/CHOP, we employ a combination of genetic, chemistry, engineering, and computational tools to decode the molecular crosstalk between immune cells and their microenvironment and leverage these crosstalk mechanisms to engineer novel biomaterials, proteins, and cell-based precision immunotherapies.
