MacLachlan & Donaldson's trade mark department not only handles the registration and protection of trade marks in Ireland but also specialises in the filing and prosecution of applications at the European Union Intellectual Property Office and throughout the world. It also advises clients on the adoption, correct usage and protection of trade marks.
