It will mean sharing perceptions, including motivators and areas of resistance. Ongoing support and review may need to be built into the agreed way forward.
Finally Leadership and Management coaching, for those who may be struggling to adjust to the expectations of a new role or have never been given personal development for the role. For example, those wanting to introduce changes but who are worried about the impact. They may recognise a need to better engage with and motivate their people. Perhaps they need to become more strategic and learn to influence more effectively, or to handle challenge and conflict, for themselves or within the team. Personal or group coaching can address these issues effectively.
