Mark Dickens is an independent retail and shopper marketing consultant, advisor, interim manager and executive mentor, best known for developing 'Every little helps' for Tesco in 2002. He is an insightful retail, marketing and mentoring professional and a motivational leader with a knack of understanding what makes people tick, how they behave and what they ‘really’ believe in.
