★ Ideated and launched revolutionary program that became the model for pre-paid phone card and pre-paid gift card business in the United States and saved one customer over $30M across a 24-month period; developed program that created inventory value at point of sale vs. normal inventory carrying costs.
★ Forged and fostered phone card and paging categories of Office Depot, including vendor relations, establishing protocols, systems and processes and secured annual sales that exceeded $70M.
★ Developed and implemented revolutionary consignment product in retail and designed a full system that allowed real time loading of prepaid phone cards at point of sale.
