We wanted to find out WHY older adults were not participating in regular exercise, so through our target customer interviews we identified 3 main barriers to exercise:
1. The process of accessing the classes is too challenging
2. Unable to find appropriate exercise classes
3. Lack of enjoyment whilst exercising
Mature Movers aims to tackle the biggest reasons preventing over 60s participating in regular exercise.
Mature movers solves this problem by enabling older adults to find and access the growing supply of appropriate group exercise classes quick and straightforward. quickly. Users can find, view and attend social focused rehabilitative programmes that are only suited to their specific health needs.
