MeadeX have unrivalled experience supplying quality rubber, plastic & silicone mouldings to the worlds leading manufacturers.
We supply precision custom mouldings such as cable connectors, diaphragms, gaiters, gaskets, plastic fixtures, rubber to plastic and rubber to metal bonding and seals to industries such as aerospace, automotive, chemical & electrical, defence, marine, medical, oils & seals.
Our advantage comes in our ability to span elastomer and polymer moulding with a deep understanding of the properties and application of material, from the engineered nylons to the fluoroelastomers, vitons and liquid silicons.
We have excellent facilities in Herefordshire, with a suite of 14 modern Maplan Injection Presses and a range of automated plastic presses from 30 ton to 450 ton. MeadeX can also manufacture parts in either our Class 7 or Class 8 Clean Room.
We are dynamic, flexible and as a result are particularly strong in supporting through development and prototyping.
