Welkom bij MindMotions. Mijn naam is Yvo in den Bosch, psycholoog en mind & body therapeut, gevestigd in Maastricht. Integreer Mind, Body & Voeding
In de reguliere zorg ligt de focus vaak enkel op de geest. Onderzoek en ervaring laten echter zien dat geluk juist het resultaat is van een gezonde geest in combinatie met een gezond lichaam. Ik begeleid mensen dan ook op weg naar meer rust, ontspanning en geluk door technieken in te zetten vanuit mijn achtergrond in de psychologie, yogatherapie, personal training en voeding.
Groei Vanuit Je Kern
Om structurele en blijvende vooruitgang te boeken help ik je tot de kern te komen van je klacht of ambitie. Vanuit deze kern begeleid ik je vervolgens in een veilige en vertrouwde omgeving stap voor stap naar een gelukkiger, vrijer en waardevoller leven. Het belangrijkste fundament van waaruit ik werk is mindfulness, ACT, en positieve psychologie.
Van Klacht naar Kracht
Je loopt vast op persoonlijk, relationeel, of professioneel vlak. Of je wilt simpelweg meer uit het leven halen en vaker genieten. Ik help je daarbij, maar ik ga verder. Ik help je ook een positieve spiraal te creëren waardoor je met meer draagkracht en veerkracht in het leven komt te staan. Dit doe ik via individuele therapie, relatietherapie, groepstraining en passende workshops op locatie.
